1. Service Provision
QuickPaste is a free, temporary code and text snippet storage utility. We make no guarantees regarding operational uptime, database persistence, or link availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sharing service at any moment without prior notice.
2. Acceptable Use Guidelines
You agree not to use QuickPaste to share illegal payloads, copyrighted source code without authorization, malicious executables (e.g. malware scripts, exploits), or spam links. Snippets containing prohibited material will be deleted immediately upon discovery or user flag.
3. Ephemeral Limitations
This is not a cloud backup service. Pastes are automatically purged upon reaching expiration. Storage is capped at a maximum of 7 days. Under no circumstances is QuickPaste liable for any loss of data resulting from auto-purges, database maintenance, or connection failures.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY.
